KellyOCG Analyst Day 2016

- Engaging 13 global analyst firms to participate including the CEO of The Conference Board
- Onboarding speaking partners from Hourly Nerd (CEO) and Mindlance (CEO)
- Partnering with senior executive leadership team to develop content and strategic positioning
- Lead cross-functional and agency teams to execute event and creative elements.
Georgi's Waxing Studio Grand OpeningGeorgi was opening the doors to her second location in Royal Oak, Michigan. She reached out to me to help her build brand awareness in the area, and celebrate the next chapter for Georgi's Waxing Studio. We partnered with local restaurants and bakeries to sponsor the food, and even worked with Beaumont Children's Hospital as the charitable partner. We had 200 RSVPs and saw over 300 people walk through the door with appointments booking out 6 months ahead. I led the event and worked closely to make sure Georgi's vision was executed. I managed everything from eInvites, social, events management, print invitation sponsorships, catering, etc.

Cranbrook Gardens, Art Museum WeddingStyle Me Pretty called it the "world’s most beautiful wedding"… I am flattered. Planning our wedding was a big challenge for many reason. We grew our own flowers, and I invested time in every detail of the event. I love weddings and of course made it my mission to execute my vision with every fine detail in design and program. I share this in my work samples because from an event planning, and project management point of view, this must have been the most challenging event I've ever worked on.. for all the most obvious reasons of course!

#truUnconferencesAn unconference is a gathering of minds, experiences and opinions where the attendees (or active participants) lead the conversation. There are 4 simple rules: no presentations, no PowerPoint, no name badges and no pitching. Otherwise, anything goes. Kelly was the corporate sponsor of #tru, the global series of recruitment unconferences reaching AMERs, APAC and EMEA. I was responsible for working in partnership with Bill Boorman, mastermind behind the #truUnconference series. We worked together to craft the content, track leaders, and live streaming invitation and location. I attended and led tracks for the events all over the world, each having local flavor from the region and creating very unique discussions. These include: #truSanFran, #truOslo, #truMoscow, #truParis, #truLondon, #truBerlin, #truDublin, and #truToronto.
