I lead the development of the executive blog series, targeting top KellyOCG Executives and Product leaders within the organization. In partnership with the business, we develop a content calendar for the year based on business objectives, events, and aligned executive expertise. I meet with each executive to refine the topic, including the development of a content brief, research, and 3rd party references. A writer is assigned to most blogs, and is expected to deliver content drafts to me which is reviewed and approved by the executive champion of the piece. Together with our team, we help find the executive's 'voice'. The final is published on KellyOCG.com and distributed across Kelly's social channels.

This series of content was developed based on KellyOCG's participation in the Global #Tru Unconference events. An unconference is a gathering of minds, experiences and opinions where the attendees (or active participants) lead the conversation. There are 4 simple rules: no presentations, no PowerPoint, no name badges and no pitching. Otherwise, anything goes. This series of content was built around the events that took place globally including #truLondon, #truSidney, #truParis, #truBerlin, #truSanFrancisco, etc. In 2013, I attended all the partnered events in EMEA, and worked with my European marketing team, writers and designers collaboratively to produce each ebook based on the direction, content briefs, videos, research and interviews with the business SMEs. Below is a sample of my work that was developed between 2011-2014 that included employment trends, job search strategies, career management tips and advise on how to excel at work. As with the B2B content, I led a team of amazingly talent writers, and designers, working with the business leads, recruiters and content ambassadors to develop this series of content, called 'Brand You'; including managing the strategy and full content calendar from end-to-end.
